3333tk Terms & Conditions

1. Definitions

In this Agreement, the following terms carry the meanings assigned to them below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the website accessible at https://3333tk.app, including all associated subdomains, mobile-optimised pages, and any future product extensions operated under the 3333tk brand.
• "Account" means the personal account registered by a User on the Platform, through which all gaming activity, deposits, withdrawals, and account management functions are conducted.
• "Games" means all casino games, live dealer tables, slots, crash games, sports betting markets, and any other wagering products made available through the Platform.
• "Funds" means the real-money balance held in a User's Account, comprising deposits made by the User and any bonus amounts credited in accordance with applicable promotional terms.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free spin, cashback offer, or other incentive awarded to a User subject to separate bonus terms and wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus amount must be staked before any winnings derived from that Bonus become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process applied to all Accounts on the Platform.

2. Eligibility and Age Restriction

Access to 3333tk is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following criteria at the time of registration and at all subsequent times while using the Platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age. The minimum age to use 3333tk is 21 years. Players aged under 21 are strictly prohibited from registering, depositing, or wagering on the Platform.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not expressly prohibited under applicable local law.
• You are acting on your own behalf as an individual and not as an agent, representative, or nominee of any third party.

• You are not an employee, officer, director, agent, or contractor of 3333tk, nor an immediate family member or household member of any such person.

3333tk reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Where a User cannot satisfactorily verify their age, 3333tk will suspend the Account and withhold all associated Funds pending verification. Winnings accrued during a period in which a User was under the minimum age may be forfeited.

3. Account Registration and Security

To access the real-money features of the Platform, you must register an Account. By registering, you represent and warrant that all information provided is accurate, current, and complete. You agree to update your Account information promptly if any details change.

• One Account per person: Each individual may hold only one Account on the Platform. Opening duplicate or multiple Accounts — whether under the same name, same device, same IP address, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of all Funds.
• Account security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or one-time verification codes with any other person. 3333tk will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
• Notification of breach: You must notify 3333tk support immediately at [email protected] (plain text — do not click) if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• Accurate information: Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information — including a false date of birth — constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of all Funds.

4. Deposits and Payment Methods

3333tk accepts deposits through the following payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and BRAC Bank. Additional payment methods may be added or removed from time to time at 3333tk's sole discretion.

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Maximum deposit limits may vary by payment method and are displayed in the Account cashier at the time of transaction.
• All deposits must be made from a payment source that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. If a third-party deposit is identified, 3333tk reserves the right to reverse the transaction, suspend the Account, and request additional verification.
• Deposits are credited to your Account balance in real time in most cases. In the event of a technical delay, please contact support with proof of transaction.
• 3333tk does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which 3333tk accepts no responsibility.
• By making a deposit, you confirm that the funds are legally yours and are not derived from any unlawful activity.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• All Accounts must complete KYC verification before any withdrawal can be approved. KYC requires submission of a government-issued photo ID and, where required, proof of address.
• Withdrawals are processed within one (1) to three (3) business days under normal operating conditions. Processing times may be extended during periods of high transaction volume or where additional verification is required.
• Any active Bonus balance subject to an incomplete Wagering Requirement will be deducted before a withdrawal is processed. Real-money Funds not subject to wagering requirements are not affected by this condition.
• 3333tk reserves the right to delay or decline withdrawal requests where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, breach of these Terms & Conditions, or any other irregular activity associated with the Account.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

From time to time, 3333tk offers Bonuses and promotional incentives to new and existing players. The following general conditions apply to all Bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are offered at 3333tk's sole discretion and may be withdrawn or modified at any time without prior notice.
• Each Bonus offer is limited to one claim per person, household, IP address, and payment method, unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.
• All Bonuses are subject to a Wagering Requirement, which must be satisfied in full before any Bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The specific Wagering Requirement applicable to each Bonus is stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonus funds may only be used on eligible Games as specified in the relevant promotion. Certain Games — including but not limited to low-margin table games — may contribute at a reduced rate toward Wagering Requirements.
• Attempting to exploit, abuse, or manipulate any Bonus offer — including through the use of multiple Accounts, coordinated play, or any strategy designed to guarantee a profit — constitutes a breach of this Agreement. 3333tk reserves the right to void all Bonuses and associated winnings and to close the Account in such cases.

7. Game Rules and Fair Play

All Games available on 3333tk are provided by licensed third-party software studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, Spribe, and Ezugi. Each Game operates according to its own set of rules, which are accessible within the Game interface.

• All Games utilise certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure outcomes are random and unbiased. 3333tk does not interfere with Game outcomes.
• In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a Game round, 3333tk will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue and restore the player to the position they were in before the disruption. • Bets placed and accepted are final. Once a Game round has commenced and the bet has been confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or reversed by the Player.
• Any attempt to use software, bots, scripts, AI tools, or any automated system to gain an unfair advantage in any Game is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.
• Collusion between players — including but not limited to sharing cards, coordinating bets, or otherwise acting in concert to manipulate Game outcomes — is prohibited and will result in immediate Account suspension.

8. Responsible Gaming

3333tk is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The Platform provides a range of tools designed to help players manage their gambling activity, including deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion. These tools are available at any time from Account settings.

• Deposit limits allow you to set a maximum amount you can deposit within a defined period (daily, weekly, or monthly). Limits take effect immediately and can only be increased after a mandatory cooling-off period.
• Session time reminders notify you when you have been logged in and actively playing for a period you specify.
• Cooling-off periods temporarily restrict access to the Platform for a period of your choosing, from 24 hours up to 6 weeks.
• Self-exclusion permanently or semi-permanently blocks access to the Account. Once a self-exclusion is activated, it cannot be reversed until the exclusion period has expired. 3333tk will honour all self-exclusion requests in good faith.

9. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 3333tk Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of all Funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering or using an Account if you are under 21 years of age.
• Opening or operating more than one Account, whether under the same identity or a different identity.
• Using the Platform for any form of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime.
• Depositing funds obtained through unlawful means.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with any part of the Platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, scrape, copy, or reproduce any part of the Platform's software, data, or intellectual property.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or manipulation of sports events on which bets are placed.
• Submitting false, forged, or altered identity documents during the KYC process.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other technical means to circumvent geographical restrictions or to obscure your true location or identity.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the 3333tk Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, and game content supplied by third-party providers — is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or publicly display any content from the Platform without the express written consent of 3333tk or the relevant rights holder.

Game content, brand names, and logos belonging to Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, Spribe, Ezugi, and other provider partners remain the exclusive property of their respective owners.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 3333tk and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses or damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or its Games.
• Any loss of data, profits, revenue, or business opportunity resulting from Platform downtime, technical errors, or interruptions to service.

• Any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access is attributable to your failure to secure your login credentials.

Nothing in this clause limits 3333tk's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

12. Privacy and Data Protection

3333tk collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that document. Personal data is used solely for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, and communication regarding your Account and applicable promotions. 3333tk does not sell personal data to third parties.

13. Account Closure and Termination

Either party may close an Account at any time:

• By the Player: You may request Account closure at any time by contacting support. Any real-money balance remaining in your Account at the time of closure will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method, subject to completed KYC verification and the absence of any pending investigations.
• By 3333tk: 3333tk reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including where a breach of this Agreement is suspected or confirmed, where required by applicable law or regulatory guidance, or where continued operation of the Account is deemed contrary to the interests of fair play or the integrity of the Platform.
• In cases of Account closure by 3333tk due to a confirmed breach of these Terms & Conditions, any Bonus Funds and Bonus-derived winnings may be forfeited. Real-money deposits not subject to any ongoing investigation may be returned at 3333tk's discretion.

14. Amendments to These Terms

3333tk reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made, 3333tk will endeavour to provide reasonable notice by posting a notice on the Platform or by sending a notification to your registered email address. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. 15. Disputes and Complaints

We aim to acknowledge all complaints within 24 hours and to resolve them within five (5) business days. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through our internal process, further escalation options may be discussed with the support team.

16. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement that cannot be resolved through the internal complaints process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of competent jurisdiction. By using the Platform, you submit to that jurisdiction for the purpose of resolving any such dispute.
